Hyster
Hyster - Continuing the Legacy of Reliability, Innovation and Value
If you were to describe the Hyster line of forklifts in three words those words would be tough, durable and innovative. With over 80 years' experience building forklifts, Hyster has a deep appreciation of how the material handling industry works and understands that every element in the system, particularly lift trucks, has to work every time all the time with no excuses.
That's the kind of trucks Hyster builds; workhorses you can rely on.
A global company with over $2.7 billion in sales and design and distribution centers scattered worldwide, Hyster's reputation and success can be attributed to building exactly what the customer wants. Each new forklift, be it a high capacity 105,000 lbs. pneumatics or a very narrow aisle 3,000 lbs. turret truck, is built to the customer's specific order.
Featured by the prestigious Plant Engineering magazine as a Top Plant, Hyster's vertical integration manufacturing process and 400 engineers can quickly adapt to the feedback they receive from their annual end-user focus groups. This responsiveness to market demands, coupled with rock solid construction makes Hyster the obvious choice for organizations with heavy material handling demands.

Not surprisingly, the lift requirements for different industries, and different companies within the same industry will vary. Hyster has the solution for all of them and relies on a professional network of dealers to get that information to the customer.
In the Hyster culture the dealer is the front line representative and special attention is given in the selection and training of the dealer and his or her staff. Every dealer is a highly experienced materials handling professional who is committed to the high level of service that Hyster provides.
Hyster dealers are more than a forklift showroom; they are fleet managers, capital procurement specialists, parts suppliers, service specialists and trainers. They are Hyster in your hometown.
A customer's initial contact with a Hyster dealer will be consultative in nature. The vehicles will sell themselves. The real question is which vehicle with which options is a perfect fit for the customer's needs. Every new lift truck acquired can be considered a "custom order."
At the end of the day, businesses select Hyster for their forklift needs because of their reliability and durability, the exceptional consultative approach in creating material handling solutions for a customer, and the responsive and comprehensive customer service.
